Yes! it would be sad to see you do that, but you can cancel your membership easily with a couple of clicks hassle-free.
Strong&Nimble, as it is now, has more classes than any app/program out there. Most programs film a number of moves and stitch them together. Not ours. We filmed every class as a unit to maintain cohesions and flow.
We tried to introduce as many exercises as we find interesting and fun to keep each session unique. There are of course repeated exercises throughout the program, but they seamlessly fit within every class.
So to answer your question, we’ve given you enough to keep you having fun for years to come. But depending on the response from our constituency, we will consider adding more classes. But for now our library is quite rich.
We have to say that we are not nutritionists, and it is best to consult with your doctor and/or nutritionist. What we do ourselves is we make sure we are hydrated and before and after the routines, and even if it’s tempting, we try to not do a class right after a meal. Again please consult your physician or nutritionist.
It is recommended that you do so immediately upon completion and download the next one to have it ready for your next session.
Ideally, we recommend that you keep one class on deck at any given time, which should give you plenty of space for those precious family photos and videos.
Once you purchase the app, classes are automatically scheduled to be removed 24-hours upon completion, unless you add them to your Favorites. But you can download them again anytime you want.
That is intentional on our part to highlight a different viewing angle.
We recommend you download the classes only when you’re connected to Wi-Fi to save your cellular data for applications that you will need on the go. But if you are one of the lucky ones who have unlimited data services, use them!
